Sustainable performance isn't created through strategy, mindset or resilience training alone. It also depends on our capacity to remain present, grounded and connected — particularly when pressure rises.

In collaboration with Linden Thorp, founder of Lodestone™
Ebi is collaborating with Linden Thorp, founder of Lodestone™, to bring an embodied dimension to her work with organisations, leaders and teams.
Ebi is currently undertaking the preparation to become a Lodestone™ Guide, with a particular focus on its application within organisations, leadership and workplace life.

Lodestone™ is a structured 30-day embodied practice that guides people into direct experience through breath, vertical alignment, gravity and whole-body listening.
We can understand burnout intellectually. We can know that we need boundaries, recovery and rest. We can understand the importance of psychological safety and sustainable leadership. But knowing is not always the same as experiencing.
Lodestone™ brings the body into the conversation.
Workplace pressure isn't experienced only in the mind. Deadlines, uncertainty, responsibility, constant availability and prolonged pressure can affect how we remain present, communicate and respond. Lodestone™ creates an opportunity to pause, notice, listen and reconnect with the body.

Lodestone™ is not presented as a medical or therapeutic treatment.
Both pathways remain rooted in the complete Lodestone™ practice created by Linden. Ebi is currently preparing to become a Lodestone™ Guide while working with Linden to develop the workplace pathway.
Lodestone™ is Ebi's first partnership of this kind. As her collaborative work grows, further partnerships will be introduced here.

If your organisation is interested in exploring the relationship between burnout prevention, human sustainability, leadership under pressure and embodied awareness, message Ebi directly.
